Blair Forster
President
As the visionary, Blair is responsible for sourcing new locations, negotiating leases, and upholding relationships with business partners and contractors, while leading the team during all stages of development and construction before turning over to operations.
Blair has over 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry where he has specialized in land acquisition, development management, project management, financing, and leasing of residential and commercial projects.

Alicia Forster
Chief Operating Officer
Alicia is responsible for planning and implementing business strategies and optimizing operational capabilities and resources in support of the company’s growth and long-term success.
With over 25 years of experience and a passion for creating a thriving company culture, Alicia oversees the day-to-day business operations, while working closely with brand partners and store managers to ensure operational excellence.

Hilary McCall
Operations Manager
Hilary works closely with the team during development and construction providing valuable input from an operations perspective, before taking the lead to successfully open each new location.
Hilary has a Bachelor of Education degree and spent six years teaching in Regina public schools prior to joining the family company. Using a hands-on approach, Hilary leverages time in the store to drive performance and ensure the locations are operating to brand standards while supporting and coaching the store’s leadership team.

Laura Carmichael
Operations Specialist
Laura plays a key role in supporting operational excellence across all locations, working closely with store managers and leaders to maintain brand standards, identify opportunities, and address operational gaps.
With over 15 years of Starbucks experience, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge, hands-on experience, and a passion for customer service. Often described as the go-to person, Laura is a trusted resource for coaching, guidance, and support, helping teams reach their personal and store goals through mentorship and collaboration.
