As the visionary, Blair is responsible for sourcing new locations, negotiating leases, and upholding relationships with business partners and contractors, while leading the team during all stages of development and construction before turning over to operations.
Blair has over 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry where he has specialized in land acquisition, development management, project management, financing, and leasing of residential and commercial projects.
Alicia Forster
Chief Operating Officer
Alicia is responsible for planning and implementing business strategies and optimizing operational capabilities and resources in support of the company’s growth and long-term success.
With over 25 years of experience and a passion for creating a thriving company culture, Alicia oversees the day-to-day business operations.
Hilary McCall
Director of Operations
During the development and construction phases, Hilary works closely with the team providing valuable input from an operations perspective, before taking the lead to successfully open and oversee each new location.
Hilary is actively involved in the daily operations, working closely with company and brand partner executives to drive performance and ensure all locations are operating to standards. With over six years of experience in the industry, Hilary leverages her teaching background to coach and provide direction to the senior leadership team.
